Set a schedule once, such as oil and filter every 10,000 km or hydraulics every 500 engine hours, and the tracker does the counting. Remaining distance and hours update from the vehicle’s live GPS odometer and engine-hour meter, so nobody has to read a dash.

Maintenance questions
Is Maintenance included with ICU tracking?
It’s an optional add-on app inside ICU GPS, charged per vehicle. Existing customers can switch on a free 7-day trial from the app. For a quote, book a call or ring us.
Do we have to type in odometer readings?
No. Distance and engine hours come straight from the GPS trackers already fitted to your vehicles, so service countdowns and cost per km use the real figures.
Does it work for plant and machinery?
Yes. Schedule services by kilometres or by engine hours, whichever the asset runs on, so trucks, cars and plant are all covered.
Who gets the reminders?
You choose per record. Reminders go by email, push or in-app, and you can email anyone in your company address book, such as your mechanic, without giving them a login.
Can we store documents against a vehicle?
Yes. Insurance policies, lease contracts and invoices are uploaded to secure private storage and open with one click from the vehicle’s record.
