For plumbers
GPS tracking and automatic timesheets for plumbers
Your plumbers are at five or six jobs a day, and every one of them should end up on a timesheet and an invoice. ICU logs arrival and departure at each job automatically, so hours, call-out times and travel are recorded without anyone filling in a form.
Problems we solve for plumbers
Timesheets handed in late, or rounded up
Clock-on and clock-off happen when the van arrives at and leaves each site. Hours go straight to Xero or MYOB.
A customer disputes how long the job took
Arrival time, time on site and the route there, from the tracker. Send the customer the trip record and move on.
Emergency call-outs with no record of when the plumber arrived
Every trip is recorded with times, including after-hours call-outs, so you can bill and pay them accurately.
What you get
Everything in ICU works for plumbers out of the box. These are the parts that matter most in your trade.
- Hardwired trackers hidden behind the dash of each van
- Driver app with photos and customer signatures for job sign-off
- Service reminders by kilometres so vans stay on the road
- Alerts if a van full of stock moves after hours
How it works
We install the trackers, set up your sites and payroll, and the hours start flowing.
1
We install a hidden tracker
Our team fits the right tracker to each vehicle, trailer or piece of plant. Hardwired units sit out of sight behind the dash, so they stay put.

2
We set up your sites and payroll
We draw geofences around your yard and regular job sites, add your staff, and connect the export to Xero or MYOB with you. No training course needed.
3
Hours and alerts flow in
Timesheets build themselves and go to payroll. Job proof and after-hours alerts arrive on your phone.
Questions from plumbers
Will it record call-outs that happen after hours?
Yes. Every trip is recorded with start, arrival and finish times whatever the hour, so after-hours call-outs show up on the timesheet. You can also turn on alerts for any after-hours movement you weren’t expecting.
My plumbers take their vans home. Does that cause problems?
No. Timesheets are built from arrivals at your job sites and yard, not from the van leaving a driveway, so taking vans home doesn’t muddy the hours. We’ll set it up around how you pay travel time.
Can I see which plumber is closest to an urgent job?
Yes. The live map shows every van’s current location, so you can send the nearest plumber.
Also included
