Privacy policy
Last updated 23/10/2026
ICU Protection (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our forms: your name, phone number, email address, fleet size, payroll system and any message you write.
- A referral code, if you arrived through a partner’s link, stored in a cookie for 90 days so the partner can be credited.
- Anonymous usage data (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location by country) collected by our website analytics.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about your enquiry and send you the savings report you requested.
- To credit the partner who referred you, where a referral code is present.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run this website and send email (for example our hosting provider and email delivery service). They handle your information only to provide that service to us. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
Vehicle tracking data
Location and vehicle data collected by ICU trackers for our customers is covered by our customer agreement, not this website policy. Customers are responsible for telling their employees about workplace tracking as required by the surveillance laws in their state or territory.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
